Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1989, Carolyn has exclusively practised family law for three decades.
Carolyn develops creative legal strategies that address a diverse range of family law issues, including child and spousal support, property division (including complex business structures, pension division, and family trusts), high-conflict parenting and separation, and child protection.
Carolyn is a good listener, she adapts to her clients’ individual needs, and she understands the issues facing the clients that come into her office. Clients not only feel welcomed in Carolyn’s office, but they feel heard and respected.
Just as importantly, Carolyn knows the law. And she knows it is imperative for her clients to understand the process that they are getting themselves into when they need a family lawyer. Carolyn guides her clients through their individual problems not only with caring and compassion, but in a language that they will understand. It is what she strives for, with each person she meets, both personally and professionally.
